What this website is
This site is published by FENYA (广州市芬雅实业发展有限公司) of No.176 Kengbian Road, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. It presents our product ranges and gives you a way to reach our export desk. It is not an online shop: nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no order is placed through it.
Product information
Model codes, dimensions, power ratings, timber species and configurations are taken from our current catalogue and are given as a guide. Made-to-order items are built to the drawings agreed for your project, and where a drawing and this website differ, the agreed drawing governs. Photographs show the product family and finish rather than one specific shipment. We may change specifications, materials and the ranges offered without notice, and we may correct errors on this site at any time.
Quotations and orders
A quotation we send is valid for the period stated in it, and does not bind us to supply. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and any agreed advance payment has been received. Prices, terms of delivery, packing and lead times are those stated in that written confirmation, not those on this website.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure the information you give us is accurate, particularly dimensions, site access and any local regulations that apply to your installation, such as electrical supply requirements. We are happy to advise, but compliance with the rules of your market remains your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
