FENYA (广州市芬雅实业发展有限公司) manufactures sauna, steam and wellness equipment at No.176 Kengbian Road, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. We are the controller of the information described below.
What we collect
We only receive personal information that you choose to send us. The enquiry form asks for:
- Your name and company name
- Your country or region
- Your email address
- A telephone or WhatsApp number (optional)
- The product family you are interested in
- Your message, in which you may include project details such as dimensions or quantities
We do not ask for payment details and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Please do not send us personal information that we have not asked for.

Who processes it
Your information is handled by our own staff. It is stored in a database hosted for us by Supabase, and email is delivered through a transactional email provider. These providers process the data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which contact route visitors use. It sets a cookie that identifies a browser, not a person, and we do not use advertising or profiling cookies. Where you prefer not to be counted, your browser settings or a Google Analytics opt-out add-on will block it. This website sets no other cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to maintain our business and legal records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to camellia.yaaa@gmail.com with the request and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting an enquiry record may mean we can no longer continue a quotation that depends on it.
