What is the minimum order quantity and the lead time?
The minimum order is one unit, and production takes about two months from order confirmation. Bespoke projects are quoted with their own schedule once the drawings are agreed.
Do you supply complete rooms, or individual parts?
Both. Sauna rooms, outdoor cabins, light wave cabins and steam rooms are supplied as complete kits with drawings, while panels, bench boards, heaters, controllers, lighting and accessories can be ordered on their own.
Can rooms be built to a custom size?
Yes. The sauna room, light wave and outdoor ranges are listed as customizable, and steam rooms are offered in 53 standard configurations that can be adapted to the space available.
Which timbers do you work in?
Finnish white pine / spruce, abachi, western hemlock, knot-free pine, and western red cedar in both light and dark grades. Bench boards, floor boards and trim profiles are milled in the same species.
What heater output do you cover?
Electric sauna heaters run from 3 kW compact units to 30 kW commercial heaters. The SCA-W and JM-BS models in our catalogue cover sauna rooms from 2 m³ up to 13 m³.
